Arrival in the city of Eternal Spring, Trujillo. Later we will start our journey to the Moche Valley to visit the Huacas del Sol y la Luna, an impressive archaeological complex that shows the incredible organization of the Mochica culture, complemented by a visit to the Huacas de Moche Museum that shows us a wide range of information about the culture. Visit to the sensational temple Arco Iris (Huaca Dragon), continuing to Huanchaco, ancestral fishermen’s cove where you will appreciate the boats called “Caballitos de Totora” with which the ancient tradition of artisan fishing is maintained. We finish with the visit to the largest city of Barro in the world Chan Chan, cultural heritage of humanity. Tour of its ceremonial plazas, shrines, reservoirs, among others.
It is suggested to arrive in the morning.
This day we moved about 60 km north of Trujillo, in the valley of the Chicama River, to visit one of the most important archaeological complexes of ancient Peru, El Brujo. A tour of its main monuments such as La Huaca Prieta, La Huaca Cao Viejo and La Huaca Cortada. The visit is complemented by the Cao Museum, where we can find much of the cultural legacy of the Moche, as well as the remains of the powerful leader Mochica La Señora de Cao, the first ruler of the pre-Hispanic world.
We return to the center of the city to appreciate the beautiful colonial mansions and marvel at its imposing portals, balconies and churches so well preserved. We will visit the Museum of Archeology of the “National University of Trujillo” for a general recognition of the pre-Columbian cultures of the region.

On a bus trip for about 4 hours, we moved to the city of Chiclayo
Today we will visit the magnificent adobe platform of Huaca Rajada, where the tomb of the most powerful man of ancient Peru, the Lord of Sipan, was discovered. In its museum you can admire fabulous articles of gold and precious stones, belonging to the ancient Moche civilization. We continue to the Royal Tombs of Sipan Museum, considered one of the most spectacular in America, which houses the most important Mochica archaeological remains and shows the ornaments and jewels found in the tomb of the Lord of Sipán.
Finally we will say goodbye to this beautiful trip with your transfer to the airport or bus terminal.
