GENERAL POLICY MUCHIK ADVENTURES

1. OF VALIDITY

The present tariff will be in force from January 1st to December 31st, 2022, which will remain unchanged throughout the year, unless drastic changes are made in the national economy. The rates will not be in effect on holidays (New Year, Marinera, Easter, national holidays, long weekends, Christmas), in these cases please consult.

2. DE LOS SERVICIOS

The services are provided daily in private or regular service, according to the schedules indicated in the itinerary.

All the specified circuits include tourist transportation, bilingual guide Spanish – English, entrance tickets to the indicated places and everything specified in the itinerary.

3. OF THE RESERVATIONS

To make a reservation you must indicate the following information:
Names, Passports and nationality of the Paxs.
Name of the Program, Hotel, Type of Room.
Services to be performed, Language, Arrival and Departure Date.
Means of transportation, type of service: private or regular (shared: SEAT IN CAR – SIC or SEAT IN BUS – SIB).

All reservations are confirmed when a confirmation code is assigned on behalf of Muchik Adventures.

4. FEE RATES

Rates are expressed in U.S. Dollars (US$), include IGV, are non-commissionable Net Rates and are per person. These rates do not apply for Holidays (New Year, Marinera, Easter, Independence Day, long weekends, Christmas or other festivities). In these cases please consult us.
These rates may vary if there is a drastic change in the Peruvian economy.

5. PAYMENTS

After the confirmation of the reservations, the purchasing agency must deposit the total payment for the services, prior to the arrival of the passengers.
In the case of FITS (up to 5 passengers), a pre-payment of 50% will be made one week before the service and the remaining balance 48 hours before the arrival of the passengers or the beginning of the service.

In the case of GROUPS (6 or more passengers), a pre-payment of 50% will be made 2 weeks before the start of the service and the remaining balance will be paid 1 week before the arrival of the passengers or the start of the service.

6. CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be requested in writing and will be processed on the first working day to be taken into account. To avoid NO SHOW fees, cancellations must be made well in advance.

In the case of FITS, at least 48 hours prior to the arrival of the passengers. In the case of Holidays and Long Weekends, at least 10 days in advance.

In the case of GROUPS, at least 7 days before the arrival of the passengers. In the case of Holidays and Long Weekends at least 30 days in advance.

During the holiday period and high season, MUCHIK ADVENTURES, reserves the right to alter the cancellation policies if its suppliers apply different penalties to those listed above.

7. REFUNDS

In the following cases no refund will be granted:
– In case of no-show of the passenger.
– In case of partial or total cancellation of services once the trip has started.
– If the cancellation is received less than 48 hours before the arrival of the passengers in the case of FITS or if the cancellation is received less than 7 days before the arrival of the passengers in the case of GROUPS.
– In the case of Holidays and Long Weekends if the cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to the start of service in the case of FITS and if the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the start of service in the case of GROUPS.

8. MODIFICATIONS

MUCHIK ADVENTURES may modify the order of the excursions, whenever it considers it strictly necessary for the safety of the passengers or better success of the service, without prejudice to the program, unless the weather conditions or safety of the Passenger become unsuitable.

In case of interruption or cancellation of any service due to these weather conditions, force majeure or other reasons, MUCHIK ADVENTURES SAC, will not reimburse the service provided as a result of these interruptions or cancellations beyond its control.

9. RESPONSIBILITIES

MUCHIK ADVENTURES S.A.C. acts as an intermediary agent between the user and the different companies whose services are used for the excursions such as lodging, food, airlines, transportation companies or others. Therefore, it is not responsible for any deficiencies, delays, thefts, accidents, or other damages related to third party services against passengers.

10. OF MINORS

A child is considered a passenger from 02 to 10 years old traveling accompanied by two or more adults. Children will have a 50% discount on the normal fare. Except for third party services (air tickets, bus tickets, lodging, etc.), in which they will have to pay the full amount of the cost of these services or according to the policy established by the supplier.

11. VOUCHER

All passengers sent by your agency must bring their voucher or service order with the details of the services requested, which must be delivered to MUCHIK ADVENTURES SAC.
