Itinerary

Day 01Trujillo, Chan Chan & Huanchaco

(Full day – LUNCH INCLUDED)
Marvel at its historic center, surrounded by beautiful colonial mansions, imposing portals, balconies and churches so well preserved. No doubt the charm of the city will fascinate you from start to finish. We complement our tour with the visit to the Archeology Museum of the “National University of Trujillo” for a general recognition of the pre-Columbian cultures on the north coast.
We continue with the visit to the sensational temple Arco Iris (Huaca Dragon), belonging to the Chimú culture.
Later, transfer to Huanchaco, an ancestral fishermen’s cove where the boats called “Caballitos de Totora” will be appreciated, with which the ancient tradition of artisanal fishing is maintained.
We finish with the visit to the biggest city of Mud in the world: Chan Chan, cultural heritage of the Humanity and we will make a tour of its ceremonial plazas, shrines, reservoirs, among others.
