Day 01Visit of the City

A tour to enjoy the magic and atmosphere of historic places, through narrow streets, between balconies and finely worked cornices will arrive at the Plaza de Armas to enter the main church of Cusco, “La Catedral” where we will appreciate the artists’ impressive work of the time, in silver, wood, and gold leaf, we will recreate with the monumental colonial paintings that contain extensive Inca iconography. We continue towards the Koricancha or Temple of the Sun on whose bases the Convent of Santo Domingo was built. Later we will go to the Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman, the most impressive architectural show in America, we will visit the underground temple of Kenko where the Inkas carried out important ceremonies and rituals, very close we find Tambomachay the temple dedicated to water, famous spiritual purification site of the ancient , water sources and channels continue to flow as they did more than 500 years ago.
