Considered the two most important museums in northern Peru. The first one was inaugurated in 1921 and shows the development of archaeology in Peru. With its 1,400 archaeological pieces and also an important number of gold and silver pieces, it will allow the visitor to make a tour through the great civilizations.
The second museum presents all the majesty and richness found in the funerary chamber of the dignitary Moche “El Señorde Sipán”.

We head towards Lambayeque to visit the first museum in the region, the Brüning National Museum, which chronologically shows the vigorous artistic and technological character of the regional cultures of the last 5000 years.
Then, an enriching tour to the Royal Tombs Museum of Sipán, considered one of the most spectacular in America, which houses the most important Mochica archaeological remains and shows the ornaments and jewels found in the tomb of the Lord of Sipan, will impress the visitor. With a design in the shape of a pyramid it is reminiscent of the ancient Moche, it has 3 levels, which show how the funerary structure was shaped in the tomb located in Huaca Rajada.
