Itinerary

Day 01The Brujo Archaeological Complex and the Cao Museum

(Noon)
This day we moved about 60 km north of Trujillo, in the valley of the Chicama River, to visit one of the most important archaeological complexes of ancient Peru, El Brujo. A tour of its main monuments such as La Huaca Cao Viejo, where the tomb of the Lady of Cao was found, will make this visit an unforgettable experience. The visit is complemented by the Cao Museum, where we can find much of the cultural legacy of the Moche, as well as the remains of the powerful leader Mochica La Señora de Cao, the first ruler of the pre-Hispanic world.
